Features of Fluidized Granulator
Thanks to powder granulating, the flow property and solving property of materials are improved, and the dust is reduced.
It completes mixing, granulating and drying at one stroke
The antistatic filtering cloth is adopted for safe operation.
Since there is releasing hole, the operator is secure in case of explosion.
The pharmacy equipment has no dead corner, resulting in quick loading and unloading.
This granulating machine is in accordance with GMP standard.
Working Principle of Fluidized Granulator
The material in the container (fluidization bed) is in the state of fluidization, and is pre-heated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time, the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container, which makes some particles become granules that contains adhesive. After being dried by hot air, the moisture in the granules is evaporated and the adhesive is solidified. The process is carried out continuously. Finally, ideal, uniform and porous granules are formed.
