Working Principle of Tubular Separator
Our tubular centrifuge machine is composed of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing. The upper of the bowl is principal axis and the lower of it is floating damper. The principal axis is connected through and with a buffer by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an extra speed and thus form a strong centrifuge force field. After flowing into the liquid inlet, the stock is then forced by centrifuge force to flow along the inner wall of the bowl and is separated into different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components. The liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl out of their respective liquid outlet.

1. The competence of the tubular separator depends on medium to be separated.
2. If you need low temperature separation, we can install refrigeration tube upon request, but the source of refrigeration should be equipped by yourself.
