Characteristics of piston ring:
This piston ring is also a kind of PTFE products made of PTFE and resin which are mixed, pressed and sintered, thus not only maintaining original characteristics of pure PTFE, but also becoming more hardened, creep-resistant, wear and tear resistant, furthermore, compression strength and flexural strength has also increased in different degrees. For example, wear resistance increases by several hundred times and thermal conductivity increases by more than two times, the hardness will increase by more than ten percent. Under normal temperature, creep resistance properties can be raised by nearly three times, compression strength and modulus can be raised by one time and flexural strength increases by 80% or so.
