Product Standards
The single core prefabricated branch cable is manufactured in compliance with the GB/T12706.1-2001, JG/T147-2002 or JCS 376A-1992 standards.

Operating characteristics
1. Insulation resistance≥200МΩ/km
2. HV test ≥3.5kV/1min
3. Our single core prefabricated branch cable features good air tightness and water resistance. i.e. if the pre-branch cable is immersed into water, the insulation resistance and HV test should meet the requirement of clause 1 and 2.
4. It has a low contact resistance. The ratio of contact resistance and basis resistance on the same length of pre-branch cable is no more than 1.2.
5. This single core prefabricated branch cable stands out with high short circuit strength on contact points. The contact resistance ratio is no more than 0.2 after short circuit.
6. Time of self-extinguishing for FR pre-branch cable is no more than 12s.
7. FR pre-branch cable can keep operating for 90min during fire disaster.
8. The maximum operating temperature for Cu conductor PVC insulated pre-branch cable is 70℃.
9. The maximum operating temperature for Cu conductor XLPE insulated pre-branch cable is 90℃.
10. Our single core prefabricated branch cable features good corrosion resistance, resisting attack by various corrosive agents such as inorganic salt, oil, acid and organic solvent.
11. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
