2. Its steering tiller is provided with plastic handle clip which makes it quite comfortable for operator to use. Operator can control the lifting, descending and walking control lever by hand conveniently.
3. The manual stacker is of high stiffness in torsion and its forks are made of high tensile strength channel steel. The prong of the forks is round in shape, so when the forks insert into pallets, pallets will not be damaged. Idler pulley helps the forks insert into pallets smoothly.
4. The firm lifting system can satisfy various lifting requirements. Pump cylinder is installed on heavy load protection seat and the cylinder barrier is chrome plated. Low order control valve and overflow valve helps ensure the safe operation and long service life of the stacker.
5. The wheels of manual stacker can turn flexibly and are provided with sealing bearings. The front wheels and rear wheels are usually made of wearproof nylon. Besides, there are rubber tyres, PU tyres, and tyres made from other materials available for your choice.
6. Hydraulic system and bearings are maintenance free. However, they should be washed by high pressure hose in humid environment. There are lubrication holes on all the bearings for easy lubrication.
