Overview

The South Korean DAEWOO International Corporationwas established in 1937. In 1958, DAEWOO started to produce marine engines withan Australian company. In 1975, they cooperated with MAN (German) and startedthe production of heavy-loading diesel engines. In 1990, it founded the DAEWOOfactory in Europe. DAEWOO joined the KoreaDOOSAN Group in April, 2005. Its products represent the South Koreandevelopment level of mechanical industry all the time. The SCOPE POWER-DAEWOOgenerator set consists of a DAEWOO engine, alternator, base frame, connectingflange, fuel tank, control system, etc. Gensets can be open type or soundproof (silent) type.

1.DAEWOO Engine

The DAEWOO diesel generator set offers smallvolume, lightweight, high capability of anti transient load increase ordecrease, low noise, it is economical and reliable, etc.

We select the D and P series engine of DAEWOOInternational Corporation.

2.Alternator

The DAEWOO diesel generator set can be coupled withthe SCOPE POWER series A.C. synchronous brushless alternator (a new style wedesigned, with updated international technology). It can also be matched with aSTAMFORD, LEROY SOMER or MARATHON alternator according to customers’ demand.

3.Controller System

1. The DAEWOO diesel generator set offers thestandard control panel, including volt meter, frequency meter, ampere meter,water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, AMF controlmodule, oil level indicator, emergency button, preheating button, batteryvoltage gauge, and hours running counter for protection and transferring.

2. It can becombined with an ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker, LCDor LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch, etc. The automatictransfer switch (ATS) uses updated technology, which can be automatic controlfor on-off electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation, etc.

Gensets compliance with all main standards, suchas: GB/T2820, ISO8528, IEC34, VDE0875-N

Prime output power: 20kw-1600 kw (25kva-2000kva)

Rated voltage: 400/230v, 440/254v, 220/127v, etc.

Phase/connecting method: 3 phase 4 wire/Y typeconnection

Rated frequency: 50/60 Hz

Rated speed: 1500/1800rpm

Excited type: Brushless, self excited or PMG

Insulation: Class H

Protection: IP21～IP23

Voltage regulation: AVR automatic control

Steady voltage regulation: ≤±1.0%

Transient voltage regulations: ≤ 20%, －15% (60% ln, cost ф≤0.4 lag)

Adjustable voltage range: 95-105% U n

Sine waveform distortion rate at no-load: ≤5%,(line voltage)

Altitude above sea level: ≤1000 meters

Ambient air temperature: ≤ 40℃

Relative air humidity: ≤ 90%
