XH2412 Gantry Machining Center

The gantrymachining center is suitable for machining large and medium size parts as wellas complex molds. It is versatile and is widely used for performing milling,drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and other operations in such industries asautomobile, aerospace, moulding, textile machineryand packing machinery. In addition, one time clamping can satisfy allrough machining, semi-finish machining and finish machining requirements.

Features
1. Main parts like base, table and beam are made of high tensile castiron by resin sand foundry, featuring great rigidity, vibration resistance andhigh accuracy.
2. Fixed beam, moving table type.
3. Beam (Y-axis) is tilted structure and has big section, which ensures itsanti-bending and anti-twisting rigidity.
4. X and Y axis are equipped with heavy-duty linear rolling guide-way for heavyload and high accuracy, and Z axis is equipped with hardened guide-way toensure high feeding rigidity.
5. The gantry machining center uses Taiwan high speed spindle unit forbetter reliability.
