A dynamic display panel is a useful instrument for the overall management of themachine functions and operations. It provides detailed information about theoperating condition of every component stores the proportion and output dataand can be used to print statistical forms.
Human-computer interface, which has an excellent human-machine interactingfunction, provides strong support for field management and supervision. It hasan automatic difference compensation function and can finish reserving tankproduction automatically.
The control system, which is composed of an industrial touch screen andmicrocomputer, carries out the production control function to ensurereliability. When the microcomputer fails to control the normal production ofthe mixing plant, the industrial touch screen can perform the function toensure normal production, thus achieving the effect of double control by onemachine.

1. It adopts an Italian BonfiglioliBrand planet gear speed reducer which has the features of small volume, highefficiency and reliable performance.
2. Its scale board and blades are made of wear-resistant casting iron, ensuringhigh mixing efficiency and increasing durability.
3. The shaft end is airproof and is completely sealed.
4. It is overweight so it has a perfect damping effect.
5. Discharging door is controlled by a hydraulic pressure oil pump. It hasthree-point stop and manual open device.
6. Centralized lubrication system adopts a 380V electric motor, which can pumpthe lubricate oil to the axes quickly. It can be used separately or matchedwith concrete batching plant.

1. Independent Weighing Series Concrete BatchingPlant
This series of concrete batching plant has a horizontal structure and usescylinder opening batching mode. An electronic scale is installed to measure theaggregate separately and a programmed batching controller is used for automaticcontrol. It has the characteristics of high batching accuracy, short batchingperiod, reliable performance, adjustable batching proportion and easyoperation, etc.


2. Pneumatic Batching Series Concrete Batching Plant
Pneumatic batching series concrete batching plant also has a horizontalstructure and adopts a cylindrical opening batching mode to batch materials.Three or four kinds of aggregate are available. An electronic scale is used tocarry out accumulative measurement and separate measurement. A programmedbatching controller controls the process automatically. It has the features ofhigh batching accuracy, short batching period and easy operation, etc.


3. Motor Batching Series Concrete Batching Plant
This series of concrete batching plant is of a straight structure and can havetwo or three hoppers. Batching of materials is done through a belt conveyor. Alever electronic scale is used to carry out the function of accumulativemeasurement. The process is controlled automatically using a programmedbatching controller.
