Motorcycle Sprockets

Hengjiu’s sprockets are highly resistant to wear and fatigue, and of great strength. All our products are made in an automated production line with extreme precision and good quality management to provide effective power transmission to the wheel.

Our sprockets have obtained extreme precision with an accuracy of 0.05mm. The small sprockets use an advanced blanking technique to bring ultra-flat and fine round shape with good consistency. The surface is harder because of oxygen-free carburizing technique. For large sprockets, we applied the same techniques used on the drilling components to improve wear resistance.
