Description of Flameproof Dry-type Transformer for Mining:

This series flameproof dry-type transformer is an excellent explosion-proof motor that we strongly recommend to you, as it adopts air cooling with the transformer being installed out of the housing, so the internal heat will be transmitted to the outer by air convection and radiation, this resulting in a poor heat emission condition while mandrel, winding and housing has a relatively high temperature rise, especially the temperature of upper part inside the housing is relatively high and the mining flameproof dry-type transformer gives out temperature warning signals immediately when the temperature rises.


Characteristics of Flameproof Dry-type Transformer for Mining:
1. Normally, the winding will adopt a cylindrical structure whose winding conductors are made of NOMEX-410 paper-covered rectangular copper conductor. As this winding has been macerated with Grade-H solventless paint under VPI vacuum pressure, it has a high electric strength, excellent mechanical intensity and good heat resisting property.
2. The mandrel adopts 3-phase core-type piling structure; the mandrel adopts high-permeability grain orientation cold-rolled electric steel plate with the purpose of reducing no-load loss, and the mandrel column adopts Grade-H semi-dry unidirectional glass adhesive tape binding structure or anchor plate structure;
3. The compact structure, reliable and advanced technology reduces the no-load current and no-load loss effectively, and guarantees the product reliability

Working Conditions of Flameproof Dry-type Transformer for Mining:
1) Local altitude should not surpass 1000m;
2) Ambient temperature:
Max.temperature: 40℃
Max. Daily mean temperature: 30℃
Max. Annual mean temperature: 20℃
Min. Temperature:-5℃
3) Air relative humidity is no more than 95%(at 25℃);
4) In underground mines with methane, gas and mineral dust, as well as explosive hazards;
5) Environment without intense vibration, shake and inclined angle with vertical interface should not surpass 15°;
6) Sites without gas and steam, which will be erosive to metal and destructive to insulation;
7) Places without water drops;
8) Waveforms of power voltage approaches to sine wave;
9) The voltage of 3-phase power is approximately symmetrical.
