4-Side Wood Molder MB4020E (Five/Six Spindles)

Description
1. The 4-side wood molder MB4020E (five/sixspindles) has cutting toolsto cut four sides of the wood fed into the machine. Each main spindle processesthe side that needs to be processed.
2. The guideway ofwood is along the table facet and board which are the base levels for the wholemachine. The molder can adjust the front feed table and sideboard to controlthe cutting output of the lower and right cutter.
3. Its underside leveling cutter shaft and edge cutter are used for processingthe two vertical surfaces of wood guideway. Each rear cutter is used inprocessing one side. The 4-side wood molder can adjust both the axial andradial direction of the cutter.
4. The 4-side wood molderhas a feeding roller on feed beam to smooth the feeding. According to thethickness of the finished product, the machine can adjust the feeding beam.

Application
According to the design parameters, the4-side wood molder is used in four-side planing of wood and wood substitutes orfour-side forming as required. Any other application is beyond the designedapplicable scope. The molder is especially suitable for longitudinal processingof floors, lateral lines, indoor decoration bars, window frame parts, furniturelines, etc.
