Soft cover book is how most paperback books are bound.  Books bound thisway are printed in full color, black ink or black plus PMS (pantone spot color).  The content paper ofa soft cover book can be glossy, matte or uncoated stock.  The spine edge is glued with PUR or someother bookbinding glue.  In most cases, extra varnish or lamination isapplied on the cardstock cover.  Soft Cover Books usually can’tbe thinner than 2mm.
