The transparent optical lens element is comprised of oneor more pieces of curved optical glass. This lens can converge or diverge thelight transmitted form an object, to form a virtual image of that object. Alaud manufactures a variety of spherical lens includingthe singlet lens, Plano-convex, bi-convex, Plano-concave, bi-concave, positive meniscus, negative meniscus, achromatics lens, doublet and triplet, cylindrical lens, aspherical lens, and ball lens. All lenses can be customized usingseveral materials such as BK7, fused silica,sapphire, CaF 2 and MgF 2.The optical lens has a wide range of applications such as for display system,projection system, laser measurement, optical imaging, light control, and more.
