Features
1. Zhongying vertical machining center is aesthetic and safe to use as it adopts fully closed protective cover and electrical cabinet.
2. It adopts high speed, high precision spindle from Taiwan.
3. The machining center is mainly created with Meehanite cast iron so it has high rigidity. The base adopts ultra wide rectangular four rail structure.
4. X, Y, Z axes are plastic coated widened rectangular slide rails which have undergone medium frequency quenching treatment.
5. The use of high flow water pump in the cooling system ensures that the cutting oil is well cooled under high speed operation.

Standard configuration: FANUC CNC system, 20-piece bamboo hat type tool magazine, RS232 communication interface, separate type electronic hand wheel, spindle chip air blow system
Optional configuration: FANUC, KND, SIMENSE system, 20-piece disc type tool magazine, the fourth axis and fifth axis in the CNC machine tool, automatic chip removal system

Applications
Zhongying vertical machining center is suitable for milling, boring, drilling, reaming and grinding operations. It is widely used in the manufacture of workpieces like spare parts and auto parts.

Maintenance
1. The gear oil of spindle headstock should be replaced every six months.
2. Regularly add lubricant to the oil pump of rotary table.
