Our forging cold chisel is forged with C45 or 65 MN steel through hot working. The entire forging cold chisel is mold forged and the working face is polished.  Thethermal treatment enables the forging cold chisel to enjoy improved work efficiency and feature excellent mechanical performance, safe use, time saving, labor saving and high efficiency.  We can design and process our forging cold chisel in accordance with client requirements.  Our products vary in style and are used in construction, carving, mining and as household tool.

Specifications
After thermal treatment, the hardness of the working face ranges from HRC 50 to 55, which is up to DIN6453 and 7256 standards.
 

Materials
The forging cold chisel is manufactured with C45 steel, 65MN steel or chrome vanadium steel.  The handle protective casting is manufactured with TPR.
 

Maintenance
The forging cold chisel should be kept in a dry environment and treated against rust.
 

Packaging
The forging cold chisel is packaged in a paper box.
