Welding Positioner
Our company is a welding machine manufacturer in China that isengaged in the production of welding positioners. Ourwelding positioner is mainly composed of a workingtable, turning device, overturn device, electricity conducting device, standerand electric cabinet. The working table is driven by the turning device whichhas 6 T style slots to ensure the work piece is strictly fastened on theworking table.
1. The turning device is made up of a motor, a speed reducer and a swing set.
2. Frequency conversion and speed regulation is used for speed change.
3. Stepless speed regulation, easy control and cheapmaintenance.
4. The overturn device is mainly made up of an electric motor, cycloidal gear speed reducer, worm wheel speed reducer, semicirculargear.
5. Either end of the output shaft of the overturn device is installed with asemicircular gear.
6. One end of the electric conduction device is connected to the swing setwhile the other end has an electric conducting shaft. It is directly propped tothe working table, allowing the welding current to be directly transmitted fromthe working table.
7. The stander is of a box structure, allowing high loading capacity. It ismade of Q235-A steel with annealing and finishmachining to eliminate the welding stress deformation.
