Features
1. The CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe - SWC630Z Series is suitable formachining ferrous-metal, non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbidealloy or porcelain cutter, on the machine, cylindrical turning and boring,taping, surfacing, curving, slotting, threading as well as boring can becarried out roughly and finely.
2. The tailstock is of entire box shaped structure, shaft in quill uses highprecision double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustable radialclearance, and the center is of flange locating structure for the cone to makethe tailstock get good rigidity. The quill and tailstock are transmittedmechanically and clamped or released automatically, and they are fixed with ahydraulic measuring device.
3. The main drive is driven by D.C motor through a two step mechanism to reachspeeds range for spindle.
4. The spindle of the headstock is through structureand supported by the high-precision double-row short cylindrical rollingbearings with adjustable radial clearance and has the best supporting diameterand span because of optimized design so as to improve its swiveling accuracyand static, dynamic rigid. The center is of short taper shank withflange structure to improve connecting rigid between center and spindle.
5. The carriage of the CNClathe uses a hydrostatic guideway with constant flowing in transversal andlongitudinal direction. The ball screw is used in transversal direction, forlongitudinal ones, using hydrostatic worm rack transmitting pair or importedhigh precision double gear-rack transmitting pair processed by hardened andgrinding in order to improve moving accuracy and stable transmission andtransmitting efficiency.
6. The standard CNC system of the CNC lathe is Siemens 840D with German FAGspindle bearing. Other CNC systems can be selected by customers' requirements.
7. According to the customer's demands, the following can be provided: angle-dividingand feed for main spindle, grinding, cooling, tool presetting inside machine,work piece automatic measuring for parts size as well as hydrostatic steadyrest.
8. The bed of the CNC lathe is ofseparate structure with work piece bed and carriage bed to make machine underthe best condition of being forced so that deformation of the work piece bedwill not affect the carriage ones and reduce vibration upon headstock andcarriage, and improve machines' anti-vibration property and operationalaccuracy carriage bed guideway is fixed with extendable stainless steel coveror partial guidance board for work piece bed ones.
