Above parameters are based on coating ice creams.For single color coating ice cream, the material feeding temperature should be -2℃,and the saltwater temperature should be approximately -34℃.For core filling ice cream, the max productivity will be influenced by manyfactors, like the temperature and flow of the saltwater, ice cream mould, materialand the quantity of carts.
