The asphalt concrete paver is used forpaving the base course and surface course that are made of various materials.The machine can be used in the construction of protection wall, railroad bedand asphalt concrete road, etc. Additionally, it can be used to pave thestabilized soil. The asphalt concrete paver is indispensable equipment forbuilding high-grade highways and expressway. The machine is fully hydraulic driven andcontrolled by microcomputer. Acentralized automatic lubrication system is used.The paver screed has two kinds: dual vibrating air-heated screed and dualvibrating hydraulic-air heated screed. Themachine can lengthen the paving width. The asphalt concrete paver has theadvantages of a high degree of automation, easy operation and wide view.Equipped with the multi-detector ultrasonic sensor or analog automatic levelingdevice and locking device, assisting with the ultrasonic material level sensingtechnology, the asphalt concrete paver can ensure the planeness of the road andthe paving quality.

Features
1. The asphaltconcrete paver is fully hydraulic driven at both the left andright side, with two pumps and motors, and controlled by microcomputer. It usesthe constantspeed auto-control technology to control the pave speed.

2. Thetransmission system at both the left and right side uses one independenthydraulic system which is controlled independently and stepless speedregulated. The overall machine can be lifted and is suitable for working undervarious working conditions.

3. Its material feedinglevel controlling system uses the ultrasonic sensing technology and the feedingspeed is determined according to the electro-hydraulic proportion.

4. The asphaltconcrete paver uses centralized lubrication technology to improve the stability ofthe whole machine.

5. The imported high-strength wear-resisting bottom plate isemployed to ensure the machine’s service life.

6. Using advanced noise reduction technology, the machine can effectively reduce noise and improve thecooling efficiency.

 
7. The equipment employs imported hydraulic components toimprove its reliability.

2. The delivery cycle differs according to different order quantities andproduct categories. Generally speaking, the delivery cycle for wheel loader iswithin 7-15 working days and 15-40 working days for the backhoe loader. Thedelivery cycle for pavers and road roller is respectively 20-45 working daysand 10-20 working days. We can supply you with brakes from our stock.
