Rail Shoulder

We produce two types ofrail shoulders for e clips.  The first iscast in shoulder, which is pressed in concrete sleepers.  This type of rail shoulder is made by castingfrom iron.  The second type of rail shoulderis weld-on shoulder, which is produced by hot forging.  This type of rail shoulder is used in placeswhere standard ties cannot be easily used and should be used on flat steel tieplate.
Both cast in and weld on shoulders are used for the fixation of elastic railclips.

Cast in Shoulder
The cast in shoulder is made by casting. The available material is GB/T1348-1988, NF EN 1563(1997), ISO1038, DIN 1693, JIS G5502 (2001), KS D 4302,GOST 7293(1985) or BS EN 1563(1997).

Weld-on shoulder
The weld-on shoulder is used for the typical position of railroad.  It is welded on flat steel plates andproduced according to AREA standard.
