The self adjustable welding rotator, turningroll is a weldingimplement used to weld the internal and external circularseam, and internal and external longitudinal seam of cylindrical objects.  The self adjustable welding rotator, turningroll is composed of a base, driving roller, return idler, bracket, transmissiondevice, power-driven device, etc.  Thedriving roller, driven by the transmission device, creates friction betweendriving roller and cylindrical object, which spins the object.  Horizontal-position welding of the internaland external circular seam as well as internal and external longitudinal seamcan be achieved.  Our equipment allowsautomatic welding, increasing the welding quality, reducing labor intensity andimproving work efficiency.  The selfadjustable welding rotator, turning roll can be used in many areas, .i.e.,manual welding, assembling cylindrical objects, etc.

Roller:  Black rubber, polyurethane andsteel

Maintenance

1.     Thewelding rotator should be cleared before using. Rubber rollers should be kept away from oils and heat to avoid aging.  If possible, the equipment should assigned toone specific person for operation and maintenance.


2.     Duringinstallation and start up, the speed reducer must befilled with 30# machine oil, this is also necessary when the environmentaltemperature is below 0℃. The oil should be completely replaced after the first month in use, thenchanged every six months.


3.     Toavoid damage to bearings, welding ground should not be placed on roller bed.
