Based on our recent 30 years of experience, Jiemai has currently developed thisnew-generation LCF CNC laser cutting machine, which reached the advanced levelof similar international products. This laser cutting machine uses the modern laser flying-optic cuttingsystem that has the function of auto focusing. With its high-speed positioningsystem and excellent controlling mode, the machine can acquire the highestproductivity. With the integrated design of laser and CNC system, it has theoptical fiber communication inside. All these make the power and start and stopof the laser to perfectly match with the servo motion.

W-axle, the CNC compensation adjustment device integrated on the Z-axle, makethe focus lens move along with the cutting head to get the right focusaccording to sheets. At the same time, it can remain the focus in rightposition through solving the problem of laser beam divergence, to ensure theuniform cutting speed and quality.

The laser cutting head, which can bear 2.5MPa air pressure, is used for cuttingvarious sheets. With simple structure, the head is easy to adjust. There is acollision-prevention device to protect the head from damage. With thecapacitive type height adjusted device, the laser cutting head can operatequickly, flexibly and accurately. The pre-injection device (optional) makes thehead easy to cut thicker sheet.


The constant light path design can keep the focallength of the optical path unchanged. Our laser cutting machine can ensure thesame cutting effect at any position.

The laser cutting machine uses top-class devices fromthe world famous FANUC and FAGOR Company, including the CNC control system andservo system using the digital AC control technology. Equipped with the 32-bitmicroprocessor and image processor, it offers quick control and processdisplay. The 232, 485 and network port give the system an easy access to thecomputer and give it a helpful diagnosis function.

The imported high precision gear rack transmissionsystem has high speed and sound dynamic performance. Two synchronized servomotors at two sides enable the laser cutting machine to bear stresssymmetrically, so the machine’s service life can be increased.

It reduces the clash shake effect to protect the optics unit through using thehydraulic buffer as the stroke limitation device. The safety of the lasercutting machine is improved.

Imported pneumatic components are utilized to ensurethe functions of the machine. Various assist gases can be shifted automaticallyto meet different applications. The high-pressure assist gas is controlledaccording to the electro-pneumatic proportion and the parameterization controlensures the stable, clean, fast and accurate cutting.

The switched dual-working table reduces the loading andunloading time. It is easy for sheets to move on working table for it adoptsthe rotating ball support. The positioning device assisting with clamps canposition the sheet to avoid its moving and ensure the accuracy of processing.

Imported auto-programming translates CAD drawings to NC language automatically.Auto-nesting improves the use ratio of material and the productivity of themachine.

The high-quality external light path system uses the lens from the American Ⅱ - ⅥCompany. An enclosed optical light delivery system isused. The water-cooling system and positive pressure protection can ensure thecleanness and long service life of lens.
