TechnicalSpecifications

Material
1. Thetop is made from aluminum alloy (3003) coated with Fluorincarbon resin (PVDF) or Polyester resin (PE) roasting painting.
2. The core of the PVDF aluminum composite panel is made from non-toxicunbroken A grade low-density polyethylene or fireproof material (B1).
3. The back is made from aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resinpainting.
4. The surface finish is PVDF / PE coated, brushed finish, mirror finish,wooden faced, marble faced, nano painting, etc.
5. The surface coating thickness of the PVDF aluminum composite panel is 25~30 μm 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF or PE.

Quality

1. Under a natural climate the film coating willhave no flakes, rubbles, vestige or pulverization.
2. Under a common environment there will be no flake or rubbles.
3. Under common temperatures and radiation there will be no color difference.
4. According to the international test standard, all the tested items aresatisfied with high-class.
5. Our products with PVDF coating, produced under GB/T17748-1999, have 70%PVDF. Under a common environment, we can guarantee 15~20 years. For FR products, it is good at fireproof,and the FR grade is B1 (according to the standard Q B8624).
