Design Features  
1.The whole machine bed of the CNC verticalmachining center is cast by HT250-300 high strengthresin bonded sand with aging treatment, fixedcolumn support, cross slide carriage, the L typemovable work table, firm foundation and stable frame.
2. The X, Y and Z axis are linearrolling guide, noise free,micro friction, sensitive dynamic response, stableaccuracy, meeting the requirements of accuracy and production inenormous quantities.
3. The X, Y and Z axis of the CNC verticalmachining center are pre-drawing, by which the rigidity is strengthened, thethermal deformation is offset, and the accuracy level is improved.
4. The servo feed is a digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracyrolling screw transmission, pre-drawingframe by which therigidity is strengthened and the thermal deformation is offset.
5. It has a barrel type spindle unit, integralinstallation, convenient and swift for maintenance.
6. The CNC vertical machining center uses encirclinggroove outside the main spindle quill for thermostatically cooling off, toensure the stable accuracy.  (optional function)
7. The position coder is disposed on the spindle, so the spindle can achieveaccurate position and rigidity tapping.
8. Stable and reliable ATC system, disposed with cam typeand manipulator, the action is controlled by the cam, the tool changing time isfast to 1.8sec.
9. The CNC vertical machining center usesthe imported rolling screw and NSK, SKF and FAGspindle bearing and screw bearing.  It usessuperior components to ensure the reliability of the machine.  The machine isdisposed with chip removal and coolant system, and the protection system isdesigned with the Pro/E software.
