Applications
Large torque rotary table allows this truck mounted drilling rig to make a hole quickly. In addition to typical water well drilling application, the rotary drilling rig is also ideal for use in oil fields and the construction of building foundations, bridge foundations, dam and port foundations, and more.

Design advantages
1. This is a rotary drilling rig independently developed by us. It is designed to drill water wells, industrial wells, and pile holes for building foundation construction.
2. Reliable chassis
This vehicle mounted drilling rig comes with SINOTRUK special vehicle chassis, and the main driving system, transfer case, transmission box, dual-winch, slurry pump, sand pump, and drill tower, etc. are all mounted on the chassis.
3. BZC-350A truck mounted drilling rig is mechanically driven primarily, and the drilling stem comes in screw connection and flange connection types. The screw connected stem is 5 times efficient than the flange connected type as a result of its unique design. This also ensures simple operation and fast hole-making.
4. Directional and reverse circulation
BZC-350A drilling rig is equipped with both mud pump and sand pump. The brake valve of the sand pump is pneumatically controlled, and the slurry serves as the drilling fluid. Alternative operation of the sand pump and the slurry pump allows the vehicle mounted drilling machine to achieve directional circulation drilling and reverse circulation drilling.
5. Hydraulic system provides the drilling equipment with superior flexibility.
The four support legs and the drill tower are all hydraulically controlled. Two rear-legs are horizontally extendable. Moreover, the 4 legs can be controlled and adjusted either independently or simultaneously, which allows operators to level the truck mounted drilling rig quickly and also increases the equipment flexibility.
6. Power system
Automobile engine is adopted to supply power to the drill rig. Transfer case and hydraulic system are also adopted, which makes sure that the truck and the drilling system can work simultaneously.
7. Special configurations
The truck mounted drilling rig is equipped with MF15KW generator set which provides convenience for equipment operation and maintenance at night.
It is also equipped with 7.5KW vacuum pump to assist in supplying water source to 6BS and 8BS sand pumps.
Special devices are also available to increase the drilling pressure when necessary. Thus, the drilling rigs are able to drill into hard mud rock and strongly wheathered soils, and more.
