Design advantages
1. BZC-400D is a truck mounted rotary drilling rig.
2. The drilling rig is equipped with CHANA TRUCK chassis, and the transfercase, main drive, gearbox, dual-winch, slurry pump, rotary table, drill towerand steel wire feeding system are all mounted on the chassis.
3. Power system
BZC-400D truck mounted drilling rigs are equipped with automotive engines, andalso additionally equipped with transfer case and hydraulic system. Hence, thetruck and the drilling mechanism can work simultaneously.
4. Drilling method
A standard BZC-400D truck mounted drilling rig adopts directional circulationdrilling method. Equipped with BW850/2A slurry pump, it utilizes slurry as the drilling fluid, and finally achievesdirect circulation drilling with the help of the high pressure plunger pump. Ifequipped with proper drilling tools, the drilling machine can also achieveother drilling methods.
5. BZC-400D is equippedwith dual-winch and drill tower pulley block, etc. which functions to increasethe drilling pressure and assists the water well drilling rig in drilling intomud rock, and bed rock, etc. This design is very effective in improvingdrilling efficiency.
6. Driving system

This truck mounted drilling rig is primarily mechanical driven. The drill towerand the four levelling legs are hydraulically controlled. The two mechanicallegs, transfer case and slurry pump’s valves are pneumatically controlled.

7. The vehicle mounted drilling machine can be optionally equipped with MF three-phaseAC generating set, thus providing convenience for welding operation and equipmentmaintenance at night.

Configuration options
1. According to customers’ requirements, our truck mounted drilling rig can beequipped with air compressors from different manufacturers, like America’sSULLAIR, Sweden’s ATLAS COPCO, China’s KaiShan Group and HongWuHuan Group.Thus, the equipment can achieve pneumatic down-the-hole hammer drilling.
2. If equipped with air water separator, dual-wall drill pipe and other relateddevices, the rotary drilling rig is also able to achieve reverse circulationdrilling.
3. If equipped with drill tools like hydraulic down-the-hole hammer, and 850/2A mud pump, the vehicle mounteddrilling equipment can realize hydraulic DTH drilling.


Applications
The rotary table of this truck mounted drilling rig comes with large torque andas a result the drill equipment makes a hole quickly. Currently, our drillingrig has found applications in water conservation projects, the drilling ofindustrial deep well, conventional water well and geothermal well, etc., andnational defense fields, to name a few.
