Our blistermachine with cartoning machine isproduced to decrease thecost and packing products cross pollution.  The main part of our line is the DPB seriesblister packaging machine which connects the ANTZ series cartooning machinethrough a conveyor device.  Workingtogether, they make blister packing, unqualified products rejection, folded leafletsand sealing cartons.  The blister machinewith cartoning machine is able to pack capsules, tablets and ampoules intoAL/PVC or Paper/PVC blisters then connect with the cartooning machine.

The blister machineis equipped with automatic checking, lack of plate marking and waste plateeliminating devices which make sure the percentage of finished products reachesup to 100%.  If there are no cartons andsheets in the cartooning machine, the machine will automatically pause until itis replenished with the required material.
