Food grade layflat hose conveys all kinds of fluid mediums under positive pressure, and can be flatly coiled down. It consists of an inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer and an outer adhesive layer. The inner adhesive layer and the outer adhesive layer of the food grade layflat hose are PVC materials which are independently researched and developed by our company, and are processed by adopting a special prescription. The food grade layflat  hose is characterized by high strength, large tensile stretch, andno poison and tasteless. It is widely used to transport milk, beverage, aquavit, beer, jam, and drinking water. Compared with steel tube and rubber tube, it has advantages like light weight, high pressure bearing, high transportation efficiency, soft texture, prehensile, simple operation, quick laying and removal, strong environmental suitability, and safe application.

1. Specifications and models (inner diameter) : Ø50（2 inches）~ Ø300（12 inches）
2. Working pressure: The working pressure of each specification standard is divided into two types comprising 1.0 and 1.6 MPa. The other working pressures can be customized according to requirements, and the highest working pressure can achieve 3.5MPa.
3. The army green, black, sand yellow and orange colors are the standard colors of the food grade layflat hose.  Others can be customized according to requirements.
4. Length: The length can be limitless, and can be cut according to the use requirements.
