Pre-Opener for Cotton

Opening and blending machine for cotton blending and cotton cleaning is mainly used to open the materials like fiber, cotton and fabrics by tearing apart large chunks of fiber into small chunks or wisp, as well as mixing and cleaning. Then the cotton would be conveyed to next process by air blower.

Features

The main frame is welded by 10mm carbon steel plate and steel channel. Otherwise, the main frame receives special handling for reliving the stress totally and increasing the frame strength.

The cylinder for opening cotton of the cotton opener we manufactured adopts pinned staves spike board or specially made gear rack, in order to prolong cylinder service life and do little damage to the fibers.

Spike Lattice Opener Rack Opener The blower for conveying cotton is high speed centrifugal fan with adjustable air volume and balanced running.
The feeding process is controlled by PLC, which is easy to operate. Problems like material stuck can be easily solved.
Strong magnetic roller for cleaning can absorb the metals in fibers effectively, preventing the metals from entering into the equipment and damaging the working roll. Before Processing
