UV Drying Coating Line

Application
The UV drying coating line features a single roller coater and is capable of fully automatic UV paint coating and drying for a variety of flat panel workpieces. These products are widely used in furniture, bamboo and wood crafts manufacturing, floor and wallboard production, and many other industrial applications.

Applicable materials
Calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, fiber cement panel, ceramic plate, MDF(medium density fiberboard), polymer composite board, decorative plate, aluminum-plastic plate, colorful glittering glass pane, imitation marble, metal plate/coil, etc.

Workflow

Belt conveyor: automate plate feeding

Single roller coater: rolls a layer of UV paint evenly onto the surface of the plates

Roller conveyor: automatically transports the roller coated plates to the coating dryer

Coating dryer with three UV lighting drying lamps: instantly drying the UV paint on the surface of the plates

Roller conveyor: after the completion of processing, the plates are automatically conveyed to the stacking position of finished products
