Raw materials used include a linear, low-density polyethylene and insecticide master batches from the China National Petroleum Corporation, all of which are non-toxic, harmless, healthy and environmentally friendly.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) has an excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, as well as an outstanding electrical insulation, heat resistance, impact resistance and puncture resistance.

Why do insecticidal membranes have an insect control function?

Our company's insecticidal film works through a fumigation principle that is more advanced than previous traditional methods. New, environmentally friendly insecticide agricultural film masterbatch with an insecticide additive is added to, and mixed, with polyethylene raw materials in specific proportions, and after adding a sustained release agent, is fused onto the plastic agricultural film in order to produce an insecticide agricultural film.

After the agricultural film has been exposed to sunlight and air in the field, it will continue to release insecticide molecules and thus fumigates the area to prevent and remove insects. The insecticide molecules will release sporadically, giving the film an insecticide performance for 170 days. The release of the medicine will cause the nerve anesthesia of the insects and the insects to shock and suffocate.

The chemicals released from the agricultural film do not harm crops, and our company's insecticidal membranes are highly effective for killing insects and pest control in an environmentally friendly manner.

In addition, the insect control film is available in a variety of colors, though we recommend blue as the best option. Ultraviolet light from the sun penetrates the film, allowing the crops underneath to obtain needed light, and the film is conducive to heat absorption, which in turn elevates the temperature of the field. This facilitates crop growth, early crop maturation, increases production and income, and improves both the quality and grade of the agricultural products.

Project

The use of insecticidal membranes on banana trees by Pioneer Biodegradable Resources Research and Development Enterprise in the Philippines has effectively controlled pests and diseases. The Filipino government thus granted the company a license to continue using the insect control films.
