Syringe Packaging

Our company offers packaging solutions for syringes. In consideration of the specificity of syringes, we will design an exclusive vibration feeding system based on the size of your products. Our vertical form fill seal machine will work with this vibration feeding system together. After the workers put the syringes into the feeding system, our packaging machine will automatically complete the following procedures of counting, filling, sealing and conveying.

In order to ensuring the packaging precision, our packaging machine will count the number of syringes rather than the weight of each bag. The number of syringes of each bag is ranging from 1 to 100.
