Features
Synchronous servo motor control the slitter and scorer, self reset and precise slitting. The servo-controlled slitter is able to save 999 orders and can achieve automatic changeover or manual changeover within 3 to 8 seconds without stopping the machine.
Designed with Schneider M258PLC control system, CANopen bus system, available in order management, equipped with speed synchronization signal input interface with the dryer.
The human-computer interface features 10.4-inch color touch screen, being available for 999 order and can achieve automatic changeover or manual changeover as well as failure alarm.
Our CNC slitter scorers supports three types of scoring that are respectively concave-convex type (three-ply), concave-convex type ( five-ply), and convex-flat type, which can be changed through electrical system. The scoring is controlled by computer to guarantee fine scoring effects.
The thin tungsten steel alloy blade of our computer control slitter scorer is sharp and durable enough to slit over eight million meters of paperboard.
Computer controlled auto grinding and manual grinding are available for this servo-controlled slitting machine. Regularly grind the blade while slitting the paperboard, increasing the slitting efficiency.
The imported synchronous belt used for paperboard conveying features higher precision, longer life and lower noise.
