The high temperature box furnace uses heating elements made of electrothermal alloy wire resistant to high temperatures with an operating temperature up to 950℃. It is an ideal choice for industrial uses, including quenching and heating of general metal parts or alloy steel parts. If necessary, a shielding gas can be introduced to reduce part oxidation of the parts. The cantilever door keeps the hot side away from operators, thus ensuring furnace and user safety.

Features The casing is welded using an angle steel and steel plate, with a furnace lining most often made of a 0.6g/cm3 micro-bead refractory brick that is ultra-light and energy-saving. Insulating materials such as aluminum silicate fiber and expanded vermiculite powder are used between the outer casing and the lining to ensure the lining is an energy saving lining. Made of an electrothermal alloy wire resistant to high temperature, the heating element is installed on the left, right, and bottom of the furnace. The workpiece is heated on the bottom plate of the heat resistant steel furnace, and the temperature rise of the furnace door is achieved using a hand-held sprocket, with furnace temperature and over-temperature control controlled by the temperature control cabinet. The stepping control and thyristor control for the control cabinet are optional and customizable upon request. Parameters
