SC-600F Screw Driving Robot

SC-600F screw driving robot adopts three-axis precision stepper motor with a working range of 650*680*100mm. It is suitable for fastening screws on various electronic products.

Characteristics The screw driving robot realizes automatic detection of screw missing, screw slip teeth and floating lock. With large worktable and universal fixture, the robot has high flexibility and can be used on various products. Screws of M1.0-M4.0 can be fastened using this machine by replacing screw conveyer, suction nozzle and screwdriver bit. Two kinds of screws can be fixed on one product with a twin-screw feeder. The screw driving robot is compact in size and is easy to pair with a production line. Automatically pick and tighten screws, greatly improve working efficiency.
