Application

The non-reinforced rubber hose is a pure rubber extrusion tube without a helix wire structure. The rubber hose adopts high hygienic grade smooth rubber with no strange odor and is applied for different food and beverage industries such as milk and other dairy products, juice, non-alcoholic drinks, cooking oils, beer and wine.

Advantages: Smooth food grade inner tube with effective bacterial growth prevention. Extra flexibility. Features of anti-twist, abrasive and microbe resistance, anti-aging seamless rubber. Steam sterilizing or using detergent under +130℃. 100% non-plasticizer (chemical name: phthalate). Construction: NBR rubber, smooth, non-plasticizer, oil resistant, ozone resistant, abrasive and UV protection; Temperature Range:

-40℃ ~+80℃（Max. 20 minutes in steam temperature
