FZJ 90° Glass Rotary Machine (Straight Line Edging Machine)

The FZJ 90° glass rotary machine can be paired with an edge processing machine for simultaneous glass rotating and grinding, which improves the working efficiency.

The working efficiency is the same as manual labor. When the glass is being loaded, the glass rotation automatically slows down to keep the glass intact. After loading is complete, the rotation unit speeds up, and returns to take the next piece of glass. The glass rotary machine is PLC controlled with a touch screen. The working speed and glass thickness are controlled through the adjustment of parameters inside the control cabinet. Edge processing size is controlled by adjusting the uploading unit. Conveyor chains and synchronous belts can be mounted on the side of the glass loading unit and uploading unit to assist in glass transportation.
