Count verification machine adopts 7 inch color touchscreen operator interface, allows easy modification of counting speed.
The system can store 100 sets of data for instant recall of all parameters, and fast lane change requires no system reset.
The counting machine has 8 lanes and the maximum counting speed reaches 4000 pieces per minute. Kenwei is able to customize lane numbers according to your specific requirements; we have previously made 16 or 32 lanes count verification machines before.
The counting segment height could be adjusted according to the bottle height with an adjustment range between 50 to 250 mm.
The count verification machine is equipped with dust cover for sanitary purpose.
