Project analysis:
The medical device handle is hard to produce due to its complex stucture, which is simliar to “bull head”. Sand was first apoted to produce its core, but Borui Precision Technology Co., Ltd. found that the defect rate was super high in the production process, which not only can not meet the customer’s demand, but also caused great losses to the company. Finally, after times of discussions and revisions, Borui Model adpoted the method that embed the steel pipe, then produce die casting handle. The final handles were so great that was accpcted by and received praise from our customer.
