Details

Raw material
In order to meet the GMP and FDA standard, the 316L and 304 stainless steel is adopted.
Surface treatment
The interior surface of tank is electropolishing finish with Ra≤0.4μm while the outer surface is mirror finish or matt finish.
Control system
PLC system can be controlled using touch screen and can test, record and print the cleaning time, flow rate and conductivity of every process. It can also help make the lotion’s temperature and concentration is uniform during the cleaning.
Tank for cleaning
NJR can match different cleaning tank according to the characteristic of cleaning agent.
①Super acid tank: use acid cleaner to remove calcium salt, mineral oil and other remains.
②Super acid tank: use the saponification of base cleaner to remove fat and protein
③Sterile tank: the bactericidal agent is suitable for all microorganisms. It’s nontoxic after dilution and will not be influence by the water hardness.
