TPU Extrusion Coating and Lamination Line

This TPU extrusion coating and lamination line is designed for producing TPU laminated film by one-step extrusion coating and lamination technology, which enables TPU film to be laminated with different kinds of fabrics through inline single-side or double-side coating and lamination process. This eliminates the need for additional coating and lamination processes that needs to be moved into offline position, greatly shortening the production cycle, reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency, as well as enhancing the lamination strength and product quality. The produced TPU laminated films are widely used in shoes and clothing, backpacks, water bags, dust cover, tents, senior stationery, shopping bags, bags and suitcases, surgical gown, medical inflatable bags and so on.
