Description
The carton folding gluing creasing line’s 1450 type folder gluer machine features a machining speed of 400 m/min and a maximum blank width of 1450mm. It is a perfect solution to the production of 800 g/m² boxes like straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.

In addition, this folder-gluer features an excellent memory function, and requires no repetitive set up for reproducing parts, which saves time. The electronic carrier is equipped with a high precision linear guideway, allowing this equipment to be used in heavy duty and medium sized packaging companies.  

Application
The MEGAFOLD 1450 – C without pre-folding function is suitable for straight-line boxes.

The MEGAFOLD 1450 – AC without pre-folding function is used to produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.  

The MEGAFOLD 1450 – PC is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.

MEGAFOLD 1450-SL is ideal for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other box types.
