Our expansion clamps are an ideal fastening device to hold parts for high precision machining on lathes. The clamping range is from 8mm to 200mm.

Features Each collet segment is joined to the adjacent segments with vulcanized rubber, which delivers good shock absorption. The workpiece is stabilized through the application of draw force against the workpiece end-stop. Considerable gripping force is given even at the smallest diameter. The runout accuracy is less than 0.01mm. The unique design is reflected in compact structure, high repeatability, good dustproof and outstanding versatility. Specifications
