Feedback linkage with main pay-off and the twisting machine through tension arm swinging. The linkage system will act to suspend the working equipment when any of the equipment lagging and report error to ensure safety usage.
The back twister pay-off and twist twinner is controlled by PLC control system to set the back-twist ratio with maximum 60%.
The equipment works in fully-closed situation. High efficiency and the safety of the operators is assured.
