The unique design of HANOS two-stage compressor allows for maximum efficiency and power savings, making it more practical for a range of industrial applications. Focusing on reliability, HANOS two-stage rotary screw air compressors are designed with permanent magnet motor, and offered with power ranging between 37kW and 250kW.

The rotary screw air compressor is driven by two independent PM motors. Controlled by intelligent components, the air compressor can operate at an optimal speed and achieve maximum efficiency by adjusting the interstage pressure.

Smart electric control system

Electric control system adopts LCD human-machine interface for users to easily get operation information including temperature, pressure, running time, auto fault diagnosis. Controlled by microcomputer, our electric control system provides protection functions and auto alarms, including open-phase, overload, motor unbalance, high voltage, low voltage, high discharge temperature (>110℃), high discharge pressure protection, etc. The air compressor also has an emergency-stop button to ensure the operational safety.
