The grinding machine carries out workpiece to meet parts tough surface requirements. Depending on various machine type and by precise fixtures alignment it achieves required surface flatness requirements. Our machine uses a pump in screw system that gives relatively high rotation precision and vibration resistant performance and noise free and stable grinding operation.

Wire Cutting and Grinding Machining Service

The wire cutting machine uses a constant current and high-frequency voltage. This cuts thick surfaced parts that significantly reduce breakage rate on material cutting. This also effectively ensures the workpiece surface quality.

Materials that can be machined

Aluminum alloy: 2024, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075.
Special alloy: TA2, TC4, 4J29 (KOVAR), 4J36 (INVAR), high temperature alloy (INCONEL 718, 625).
Stainless steel: sus303, sus304, sus316, sus420, sus440c, sus630.
