Features Shaftless unwind unit adopts Japanese SMC hydraulic cylinder to lift up the mother rolls, achieving automatic loading of web rolls. Unwind is driven by a servo motor, and the closed-looped unwind tension is controlled by PLC and load cell. Rewind station adopts both pneumatic friction shafts and air shafts (3 inch). Slitting station is configured with razor blades and circular knives. Two motors are used to control 2 rewind shafts. LPC web guide system and PLC system are from world's renowned brands. This slitter rewinder machine is typically suitable for converting pure aluminum foils of over 6 microns in thickness. Tags: dual shaft slitter rewinder
