The starting station The approximate basic size of the starting station: 700 * 610 * 1500mm (length * width * height) The starting station is mainly composed of a chassis and a push handle. The chassis is produced from tailor-welded square pipes. The footplate of the chassis is made of iron plate, which provides anti-skid performance and is convenient to stand on. The push handle is made of round pipes. There is a cannula on the starting station for placing the supporting facilities like the starting smoke screen. The bottom of the platform is equipped with rollers, which make it easy to move. All steel parts will be electrostatic powder coated on the automatic coating line after being processed by rust removal and phosphating treatment. The starting smoke screen The starting smoke screen consists of smoke screen bracket and smoke screen. The smoke screen bracket is made of square tube(25*25*2mm), and the height is adjustable. The size of the smoke screen: outer diameter: 660mm, punch formed of δ1.2mm iron plate. The embedded nut in the screen make it convenient to connect with bracket by bolt.
