Water Cooling Spiral Vibrating Conveyor

Applications
The water cooling spiral vibrating conveyor is designed for quick cooling, drying, and lifting of materials. Its nominal throughput is 500-4000kg/h and is suitable for cooling transportation of high temperature sensitive materials.

Material types
Our vibrating spiral conveyor is standard equipment for many industries to elevate bulk materials. It can convey, dry and cool plastics granules, rubber granules, chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates, metal salts, welding powder, glass batch, catalysts, abrasives and ash as well as milk powder, powdered coffee, tea, nuts, nutrients and cereals.

Operational Principle
The bottom of the disc is designed with double layer jackets, which are filled with cooling water to strengthen the cooling effect of the equipment.

Features

The water jacket which is stamped for one time will not deform under the condition of 5 kilograms pressure.
The jacket elevator adopts a high-performance composite steam hose, which will not crack under the condition of long term vibration.
The elevator is equipped with in-take tower and outlet tower, and the independent ball valve is used to control the water volume of each interlayer.
The water inlet pipe which is configured with high precision filter can prevent impurities of the jacket subsiding because of its precision ( 0.5-1um).
The material conveyor can effectively prevent the buildup of condensation of the equipment under high humidity with the anti-condensation device.
