The U series extrusion blow molding machine produced by Timey is designed for the production of plastic containers used in the packaging of foods, medicine, and daily use chemicals. The plastic materials suitable for use with this machine include PE, PP, and EVA.

Features
1. The U series extrusion blow molding machine is outfitted with a Siemens TP700 touch screen and computer. The interface allows the user to operate the machine conveniently and quickly.
2. The molding machine features an exclusive screw and die head. They allow for the application of different production fields.
3. It is equipped with a self-developed permanent magnet brushless motor for high speed and high efficiency operation.
4. Timey engineers optimized the design of the hydraulic oil conveying pipes by implementing a cross toggle claming system. This transfers the stress point to the center of the lock template, resulting in a uniform and tight locking force.
5. The platform lifting function of the blow molder allows for adaptable mold height and different blow molding processes to be applied.
6. SMC and Yuken pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control components are used to optimize performance and increase the service life of the machine.
